I am a human resources and talent acquisition professional with over 20 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, workforce strategy, and career development. Currently serving as Director of Career Services at Remington College, I bring one year of leadership experience focused on preparing students and graduates for successful entry into the workforce through employer partnerships, career coaching, and job readiness initiatives.

My professional background includes extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR business partnership with leading healthcare organizations, including Tulane Medical Center/HCA and Ochsner Medical Center. I have a proven track record of aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals, supporting high-volume hiring needs, and identifying top talent across clinical and non-clinical roles. I also bring experience in national recruiting through my work with AMN Healthcare and Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group.

My teaching philosophy centers on practical, career-focused learning that equips students with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s job market. I emphasize real-world application, including résumé development, interviewing techniques, and networking strategies, to bridge the gap between education and employment.

I hold an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and am a SHRM-CP certified professional.
